  • A retainer is required to secure all hair appointments. The retainer will be applied to the remainding balance of your service. If you need to reschedule for any reason, your retainer may be reused ONCE for the rescheduled appointment. After the first reschedule, a new retainer will be required to book.

  • I offer a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. If you are not able to arrive within this window, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

  • For clients requesting extensions to be colored, the hair must be delivered to me at least 7 days prior to your appointment. Payment for coloring services MUST be received prior to the coloring service being started.

  • You may reuse previously installed extensions. They must be in good condition, thoroughly shampooed, dries and free of oils prior to service. If you require a previous extension removal you must book accordingly on the booking site (I can only remove the extensions of the services I offer).

  • Your appointment is more than just hair! Its your time to unwind, relax, and feel at ease, When you step into the salon, let this be your moment to disconnect and enjoy the experience. Come as you are, get comfortable and let me take care of the rest!

  • We DO NOT accept cash, we are a cashless salon. We offer a tap-to-pay option.

    • NO EXTRA GUESTS. We kindly ask that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment.

    • Please arrive to your appointment with your hair fully detangled (Failure to do so may result in a cancelled appointment. If you need to schedule a detangle, please do so when scheduling your service under “Add-ons”)

    • Hair must be at least bob length for a silk-press. I do not specialize in short/tapered hair.
